At Kapow we smash our prime beef patties over a high heated plate, caramelising the juices for a full scale attack on your taste buds.
Our salads are fresh and locally grown and our secret chipotle sauce gives a mild hint of chilli within a rich creamy mix of flavours.
The chicken burger follows the same formula of juicy flavours and an ample serving to satisfy the need for a good feed.
Then there is the Mussel fritter, well you just can't come to Northland and not discover this signature dish of the region. This is one we are happy to put our name on.
